VP Digital Strategy [REMOTE]: Promo Med Ed/HCP Ad Agency

The Role
  • Lead the development process for driving customer insights, creating an ownable strategic framework for leveraging insights to build our client’s brands
  • Continue to drive the utilization of insights and analytics across the client portfolio, ensuring 100% of clients are consuming some form of our account planning/analytics team
  • Provide industry thought leadership on health and wellness customer insights, as an author, speaker
  • Lead the team’s contribution on all major new business pitches to provide strategy framework for pitch team and content
  • Apply innovative research methodologies to drive customer insights for client brands
  • Responsible for managing internal planners & analyst as well as expanding the growth of the team
  • Collaborate with key internal partners, such as the VP, Analytics, EVP Creative and EVP Account Management and more to add value to existing client relationships and be a key partner to all business development efforts
 
Background Profile
  • 7+ years’ experience in pharma ad agency
  • Familiarity with data analytics tools
  • Demonstrated success in building client business using insights; working with both qualitative and quantitative data with ease
  • Outstanding leadership and presentation skills
  • Experience managing a team of professionals; ability to recruit, hire, train, motivate, and develop diverse team
  • Demonstrated passion for learning new approaches; new methods for working with customers to generate insights into behavior, purchase decisions
  • Outstanding collaboration skills working successfully with diverse personality types
  • Intellectual curiosity
