The Role You Will Play
The VP, Client Services will –
  • Lead, mentor, and grow the Client Services Team
  • Review, evaluate and oversee Client Service SOPs related to deliverables and processes to ensure that objectives are achieved, and quality control is maintained
  • Provide strategic insight and recommend solutions on client initiatives with the account team
  • Work to ensure the Client Services team maintains and renews ongoing assigned business
  • Support the Client Services team in their execution of on-time, on-budget, and on-strategy delivery of programs, including
    • slide kits,
    • broadcasts,
    • web & audio conferences,
    • advisory boards,
    • speaker training meetings,
    • videos, etc.
 
Background Profile
The ideal candidate is an exceptional business leader including -
  •  A proven record of achievement in promotional medical communications and/or Client Services in the Biopharmaceutical industry.
  •  Mid-level career experience including 7 years of senior leadership experience in a healthcare or pharmaceutical medical communications agency    
     environment
  • Experience in multiple therapeutic disease categories
