Copy Supervisor- Group Copy Supervisor (Remote) Oncology Multiple Indications ( HCP - DTP)

Our Science - Marketing healthcare agency client is growing by leaps and bounds. They are seeking a Copy Supervisor either for freelance or freelance to hire. The work will be geared to a very effective oncology medication that is experiencing multiple indications with launches to support.

Copy Supervisor/Group Copy Supervisor 

Write promotional messages in oncology at the product level (across multiple indications) and corporate level

Fast, but detail-oriented: will need to keep on top of an ever-changing PI and ISI (due to new indications) and make updates across pieces. day-to-day annotations, and frequent annotation updates, and ISI updates due to the frequently changing PI/ISI

Group Copy Supervisor /ACD 

HCP Oncology experience critical.  Patient experience would be an added bonus.
If you could work weekend days——that would help a lot as we have full-on projected weekend work for the next (estimated) 5 weeks
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Work extremely closely with the Medical Department to maintain the highest level of scientific accuracy in the development of promotional work
  • Keep all work consistent and on-brand guidelines and strategy
  • Contribute to strategic and tactical planning
  • Clearly present and communicate internally and with the client
  • Raise creative consciousness of department through internal presentations and leadership
  • Helps establish and maintain the highest possible standards for all materials produced by the agency
  • Monitors the quality of finished work produced by internal and freelance copywriters
  • Provides direction and guidance to department subordinates
  • Informs and advises creative leadership on the status of departmental affairs
  • Encourages the professional development of department staff
  • Consults with creative leadership, as well as account service, traffic and other agency team members as necessary to achieve agency objectives
  • Meets established deadlines or provides reasonable notice of special circumstances requiring deadline extension
  • Engage in personal development necessary to stay current in advertising
  • Researches to become more familiar with clients’ businesses
