  • Experience above entry level within an account management, client focused role
  • Experience in building strong client partnerships
  • Experience working on strategy development
  • Demonstrable experience delivering excellent projects for clients, on time and on budget
  • Manage freelancers and outside vendors
  • Experience quickly identifying problems and providing solutions

The Role You will Play
  • Build strong working relationships with clients, being an established point of contact and being recognized as an excellent account manager
  • Make sure client’s key messages, positioning and context are properly incorporated into materials
  • Deliver and continually improve the account administration and support to internal and external clients
  • Identify opportunities for new business
  • Contribute to proposals for client and articulate the agency’s strategy
  • Ensure all projects deadlines are met, being clear on all details and requirements, develop project plans and run status meetings
