Account Executive or SAE - Pharma Ad Agency (WFH) Flex

We are looking for a proactive, solution-oriented and upbeat  Account Executive- Senior AE to effectively collaborate with a strong pharma advertising DTC oncology account team and work closely with clients and leadership.

The Role You Will Play
  • Responsible for the management and execution of the day-to-day account activities to ensure agency and client expectations are met
  • Mastery of account finances (tracking and client reporting)
  • Ability to lead on multiple projects consistently
  • Coordinate and communicate with vendors and partner agencies
  • Develop effective tactical briefs
  • Keep Manager and all pertinent parties informed appropriately of important account information, changes, etc.
  • Be seen as the “go to” contact by the client for daily functions
  • Strategically review creative against a brief
  • Empower team members to deliver the best creative product, on-time and on-budget
  • Perform competitive analysis and share summary insights to with teams
  • Reports in to an Account Supervisor
Background Profile
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum one year of experience in Account Management
  • Have strong working knowledge of timelines, finances, and budgets
  • Previous working experience with Veeva required (MLR Reviews)
  • Oncology experience or High Science therapeutic category experience desired
  • Launch experience
  • Digital/Social media experience required
  • Ability to manage multiple projects & assignments daily
  • Experience building client relationships and trust
  • Experience directing and fostering vendor partnerships
  • Adherence & understanding of internal/client process
  • May include domestic travel
  • Ability to coordinate/work with other departments (internal)
  • The best fit for this role will be a great people manager who is focused and organized, and also possesses a sense of humor
