The Role You Will Play
  • Develop and review detailed timelines and secure approval of same by the Account team.
  • Schedule and lead daily and weekly brand team status meetings
  • Audit and monitor job folders to make certain there is appropriate quality control
  • Provide daily and weekly updates (verbal/written) to ensure all team members are current with project status and that project remains on time and within budget
  • Comply with and help enforce standard policies and procedures
  • Make recommendations to ensure adequate planning and resource allocation
Background Profile
  • Experience within the Medical Education or Healthcare Advertising field
  • Strong trafficking, organizational and attention to detail skills
  • An independent thinker and solution-oriented
  • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced work environment
  • Display professionally appropriate behavior and a strong work ethic
  • Find solutions to challenging problems quickly and efficiently…BE RESOURCEFUL
  • Basic knowledge of industry software (e.g., MS Project/merlin, excel, PPT, MS word)
  • The best fit for this role will be a great people manager who is focused and organized, and also possesses a sense of humor
