Responsibilities
- Develop and distribute detailed timelines for each assigned project and adjust them as needed as the project progresses
- Schedule and lead daily and weekly brand team internal status meetings
- Traffic, audit, and monitor individual project components to make certain there is appropriate quality control
- Provide daily and weekly updates (verbal/written) to ensure all team members are current with project status and that project remains on time and within budget
- Provide focused risk assessment throughout project life cycle
- Evangelize agency process/policy with and help enforce standard operating procedures
- Make recommendations to ensure adequate planning and resource allocation
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree
- 3 years of experience within the Medical Education or Healthcare Advertising field
- Strong trafficking, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills
- A working knowledge of Microsoft Project, Word, and Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- An independent thinker and solution-oriented; able to work well under pressure
- Self-motivated and works well independently, as well as collaborates favorably in a team environment
