The Role You will Play 
  • Attends client meetings to gain project input, identify questions, develop creative briefs, and present to clients 
  • Working with a CD, identifies team/resources to execute projects/campaigns.
  • Organizes and conducts kick-offs and team briefings, including providing all needed background
  • information and research.
  • Creates schedules and overall work plans.
  • Reviews creative work product to ensure adherence to client goals and objectives.
  • Manages client feedback and negotiates on behalf of agency as necessary
  • Works with partner agencies to ensure innovative, integrated development of campaigns.
  • Helps train junior level team members and interns.
  • As needed, prepares estimates and budgets for projects and/or campaigns. Helps guide team to stay on budget. Revises budgets and gains client approval as needed.
  • Working with finance manager, creates and executes invoices for projects.
  • For projects involving photography, printing or other external purchases, works as needed with creative team to obtain estimates, review quotes and review invoices Creates POs as needed. Understands licensing agreements.
  • Focuses on strengthening client relationships; project debriefs, social events, etc.
  • Helps orchestrate and execute client and prospect events.
  • Attends networking events to uncover new opportunities on behalf of the agency.
Background Profile 
  • Expertise in account management, being the point person
  • Exposure to Professional Services marketing experience in Finance or Insurance
  • Down to earth approach to life and work but a great work ethic
  • Experience working on multi-channel, cross-consumer communication and media campaigns
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
    • Exceptional interpersonal/listening skills
    • Strong strategic thinking, personal organization, decision making, time management skills
    • Ability to think creatively and work collaboratively with client, creative and internal resource teams
    • Demonstrates a thorough understanding and a passion for his/her clients’ industry, business, consumers and brands
    • Stays abreast of emerging marketing and communications industry trends including print, digital, social, OOH, POP, etc.
