Looking for an Account Executive to Sr. Account Executive to work by side leadership and be recognized for your commitment and impact in the agency.

The Role You Will Play
  • Supervise full life cycle of projects and activities engaging with clients to achieve organic growth and mentoring junior Account folks
  • Lead content, strategic direction and tactical implementation with minimal supervision
  • Collaborate with the Account and Medical staff
  • Deliver product marketing messages in various forms such as symposia, advisory boards, and other medical communications programs and activities
  • Engage with creative and production teams to ensure client goals are achieved
  • Provide guidance for the day-to-day management of the speaker development process
  • Direct content with both speakers and clients, development of speaker communications and materials for use in training and promotional events
 
Background Profile
  • Expertise in pharma advertising or promotional medical education
  • Substantial client facing experience with a proven track record in organically growing accounts
  • A firm understanding of the medical education program life cycle from conception through implementation (advisory boards, KOL advocacy development, speaker training, field driven medical education and non-personal promotions)
  • Exposure to providing leadership and mentoring of junior team members
