The Role You Will Play
- Create response-driven solutions – across all marketing channels – to help achieve our clients’ goals and objectives
- Develop a strategic plan for new business endeavors
- Lead and participate in creative presentations, both internally and to clients
- Lead and motivate creative team, representing client requests and brand equity. Manage workflow to ensure team members are fully utilized; assess needs for freelancers and deploy as needed
- Create video and animation scripts/storyboards that provide disease and product education and accomplish specific behavioral goals (eg, improving medication adherence, changing illness perceptions)
- Work with multiple internal teams through the content development process to ensure copy meets behavioral and brand strategy goals
- Research clinical and behavioral sources to identify appropriate content support that will meet med/legal standards (eg, when is it okay to use websites vs clinical articles; which types of articles to use)
Background Profile
- Pharma advertising and/or medical communication experience
- Ability to have a strong voice, make decision, and lead a team to the finish line
- Strong portfolio of client work, demonstrating a strong understanding of client objectives and strategies
- Experience should include concepts and content developed for all mediums, especially web/digital, including eCRM
- Dynamic, creative personality effectively engaging and influencing a variety of audiences
- Writing/art direction for healthcare professional as well as patient audiences is preferred
- Experience developing video and interactive productions is required
- Must be able to meet client and agency timelines and flourish in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment
