The Role You Will Play
- Champion digital process best practices & enforce agency workflow for internal reviews
- Liaise with account services, technology, creative, editorial teams, and other internal or external resource(s) to facilitate project planning and implementation
- Develop a collaborative partnership with account peers
- Provide guidance/training to junior producer staff when needed
- Assist in the development of Project Briefs, specifically ensuring that project parameters are fully defined and critical assumptions clearly detailed
- Proactively drive the daily workflow for project deliverables and ensure that team members remain well-informed of timing expectations, risks and evolving priorities
- Develop estimates and monitor weekly project financial performance
- Provide consistent risk assessment; utilize common sense judgment to resolve and/or escalate logistical/financial issues in a timely fashion when needed
- Facilitate internal review of each deliverable, ensuring that feedback is documented by appropriate team resources
- Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately
- Maintain awareness of emerging technologies and application to client engagements
Background Profile
- 3 years of experience within the Medical Education or Healthcare Advertising field, that includes experience at the Associate Project Manager, or Project Coordinator level
- Organized, proactive and driven to solve problems
- Possess an understanding of application programming, database, and standard digital tactics
- Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, Collaboration and e-Routing tools
