We are looking for a Director of Lead Generation to challenge the status quo and build something phenomenal!
Top Must-Haves for the Director of Lead Generation
  • Experience managing business development in Pharma Advertising, Medical Communications, or similar industry.
  • Ability to demonstrate a good understanding of the science and therapeutic category(s) of potential new accounts.
  • A proven track record of success implementing business development efforts which maximize revenue opportunities.
Day-to-Day Activities for the Director of Lead Generation
  • Cultivate and follow-up on any new business leads self-generated and referred to by the company.
  • Work with senior leadership to identify new business opportunities, manage timelines, generate appropriate RFP/RFIs, and the like.
  • Develop leads with existing contacts within pharmaceutical companies to generate business opportunities and maintain strong working relationships.
  • Research and understand our major competitors and their marketing strategies. Monitor industry trends and identify and communicate opportunities to improve our offering.
  • Create proposals and presentations to develop and market our offerings and capabilities.
  • Utilize consultative selling skills to understand client needs and work in concert with internal teams to move new business initiatives forward.
  • Manage prospective new client contact database and internal experience database for the organization.
  • Supervise any business development staff assigned to you
