This agency is seeking a special individual to join the team. A person who has a great work ethic, AND knows how to have fun. They’re looking for a smart, passionate Print Production Manager, who loves the ad business, ideally has pharma experience, and is looking for a career with a hot, growing shop. 
Position Description
The Print Production Manager is responsible for managing all agency print projects and materials, from inception through to completion, across a variety of clients (and brands).
•     Manage all stages of print production
•     Act as the sole print production contact for agency
•     Competitively bid vendors as needed
•     Maintain financial accountability of all print projects contracted with outside vendors (i.e., budgeted project-related expenditures).
•     Review all job production requirements with Creative staff & Client
•     Share expertise in selection of paper samples and industry printing techniques
•     Quality Control of mechanicals, match prints and blueprints
•     Supervise mail projects and obtain all mailing lists/cost (direct mail AND fulfillment where necessary)
•     Obtain samples for conventions, sales meetings, etc.
•     Attend weekly status meetings
•     Handles estimates, supplier selection, schedules and delivery
•     Ability to work in a hands-on, dynamic, entrepreneurial environment
•     Proactive and adaptive problem-solver
•     Helps Art Directors recognize their vision by tapping into previous experience
•     Has a good sense of humor!‚Äč
•     Has a diplomatic attitude when working with other departments and client’s production personnel
•     Inquisitive and resourceful when presented with problems or changes
•     Reaches out to other team members, takes responsibility for and resolves any outstanding issues or concerns
•     Explores and shares new ways to solve production issues
•     Manages unforeseen problems and solves them independently
•     Knows who to reach out to when sourcing new products or techniques

Salary range- 80-90k
