We are looking for a Lead Generator/Business Development who is proactive and dangerous on the phones.
 
Top Must-Haves for the Lead Generator/Business Development
  • 2 years’ experience cold calling/lead generation experience
  • No Pharma Experience Required
  • Knowledge of business development and the sales process is essential.  
  • Must be comfortable with cold calling with a hunter mentality.
  • Experience working with 3rd party database platforms and CRMs.
  • Strong business intelligence, analytics, and reporting skills.
  • History of consistently meeting and exceeding monthly activity goals.
  • Drive, passion, proactive and loves a good commission!
 
Day-to-Day Activities for the Lead Generator/Business Development
  • Cultivate and follow-up on any new business leads self-generated and referred to by the company.
  • Work with senior leadership to identify new business opportunities, manage timelines, generate appropriate RFP/RFIs, and the like.
  • Develop leads with existing contacts within pharmaceutical companies to generate business opportunities and maintain strong working relationships.
  • Research and understand our major competitors and their marketing strategies. Monitor industry trends and identify and communicate opportunities to improve our offering.
  • Create proposals and presentations to develop and market our offerings and capabilities.
  • Utilize consultative selling skills to understand client needs and work in concert with internal teams to move new business initiatives forward.
  • Manage prospective new client contact database and internal experience database for the organization
