Must-Haves for the Group Account Supervisor 
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications or related field
  • 5+ years’ Account Management experience with a pharmaceutical or medical communications agency
  • Medical, legal and regulatory review experience
  • Project/content management system experience (such as Zinc or Veeva)
  • Travel enabled (10-15%)


Day-to-Day Activities of the Group Account Supervisor
  • Serve as client key point of contact for assigned accounts ensuring client satisfaction and quality deliverables
  • Participate in strategy development identifying potential challenges and ideas for implementation
  • Oversee key activities including schedules, deliverables, resource plans and budgets for assigned work steams
  • Pursue new business with existing and prospective clients
  • Communicate progress of projects to assigned internal teams, clients and outside partners
  • Mentor and develop junior staff to assist team with accomplishing tasks and problem solving
  • Review budgets and team staffing ensuring project budgets and profitability targets achieved
