We are looking for a candidate with experience in promotional medical communications to serve as our Program Manager on our Client Services team in Chicago, Illinois. You would be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing day-to-day tasks associations with the completion and delivery of multiple client projects. You would assist account leaders to provide the highest quality of medical communications services. Top Must-Haves for the Project Coordinator
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • At least two (2) years of post-graduate work experience
  • Must be observant, well organized, and have strong customer service skills
  • Proficiency in basic day-to-day applications
  • Occasional Travel is required
  • Experience as an Event Planner is preferable

Day-to-Day Activities for the Project Coordinator
  • Working with account leaders on all assigned client projects to ensure project specifications are met
  • Implementing work plans and monitoring the day-to-day activities of assigned projects
  • Developing budget estimates for proposed or assigned projects
  • Modifying schedules, budgets, and project plans as new information is acquired
  • Communicating, both in prepared status reports, and verbally with client related project development
  • Coordinating the logistics behind onsite and offsite dinner programs including speaker recruitment, invitation development, venue booking, menu selection, audiovisual equipment, payment processing, and financial reconciliation of programs
  • Interacting with physicians or other health related professional to recruit and manage their participation in program components
