Senior Account Executive (3 Month Contract) Work from Home 2 Days and Onsite 3 Days at Growing MM&M Top Agency

Location: Union County, NJ
Work full-time for 3 months with onsite 3 days per week supporting all client work streams for key oncology account. Potential to turn into permanent role.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities of the Senior Account Executive 
  • Lead client communications and act as liaison with Client Service and internal team members
  • Managing strategy calendar of internal/external meetings
  • Liaison with CS team and Shared Services team
  • Take ownership of strategy updating ongoing documents
  • Work in a fast-paced, often-changing environment readily respond to ad-hoc client changes 
  • Prioritize work occurring simultaneously across multiple work streams
  • Understand downstream impact of milestone changes and recommend updates accordingly
 
Top Must Haves for the Senior Account Executive
  • Bachelors Degree in marketing or related field
  • 2+ years of pharmal agency experience in a Client Services role with client facing experience
  • Proactive personality and ability to work independently in a fast paced, often-changing environment  
  • Positive, can-do attitude, highly organized, able to prioritize work and readily respond with speed and accuracy
  • MS Office proficient
