  • Understands the role communication plays in engaging and motivating sales channels
  • Successfully navigates the nuances of how pharma products come to market and are sold
  • Leads agency’s point of view for pharma’s multi-channel activation/engagement across technology-enabled engagements and live events 
Day-to-Day Activities for the Pharma Practice Group Account Director
  • Develops positive and productive relationships with clients that results in retention and growth
  • Leads the pharma account management team coaching members to become best-in-class
  • Leads development of client plans and provide goals/priorities for each team member
  • Sets cultural tone for team in their efforts with clients, colleagues and suppliers
  • Establishes POV, services and revenue goals that drives organic growth among existing clients and expands services to prospects
  • Collaborates with head of new business and contributes to proposals ensuring successful outcomes
  • Reports to Chief Executive Officer
