Top Must-Haves for the Digital Associate PM to Project Manager
  • 3 years of experience within the Medical Education or Healthcare Advertising field, that includes experience at the Associate Project Manager, or Project Coordinator level
  • Strong trafficking, organizational, and attention to detail skills
  • A working knowledge of Microsoft Project, Word, and Excel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • An independent thinker and solution-oriented
  • Strong digital experience

Day-to-Day Activities for the Digital Associate Project Manager or PM
  • Liaise across internal/external team(s) as needed to become immersed in interactive/digital deliverable programs across client accounts
  • Assist in the development of SOWs, specifically ensuring that project parameters are fully defined and critical assumptions clearly detailed
  • Drive the workflow for digital deliverables with roadmaps, create and execute project plans, and ensure that team members are kept well informed and educated on process (and any revisions/updates) to meet changing needs
  • Develop and distribute detailed timelines for each assigned project and adjust them as needed as the project progresses
  • Traffic, audit, and monitor individual project components to make certain there is appropriate quality control
  • Provide daily and weekly updates (verbal/written) to ensure all team members are current with project status and that project remains on time and within budget
  • Comply with and help enforce standard operating procedures
