Recruiter- Resourceful/Fearless/ Hunter/Research Ninja- New Business

GLE Creative Talent, an 12 year old search firm is looking to Recruiter with an affinity to new business. If you like autonomy, the ability to pave your own way, and grow at a record pace, this is for you. We are looking for a recruiter that beats expectations, has the ability to wear multiple hats, gets the job done, and genuinely has a passion for making placements. 

We have a great, quirky culture, without the big company politics. Our focus is on the advertising agency side of the business and we have a niche speciality in pharma, healthcare, and medical communications. Our primary focus is on full time placements in account management, project management, writers, editors and from time-to-time creative positions. 

Position Description:
Recruiter must have experience in and be able to conduct Google searches and LinkedIn searches (and other web based searches) extremely proficiently in entering specific data GLE is looking for (which you will be trained in).
 
Recruiter must be a self-starter, able to make new business calls and enjoy the hunt,  independent, persistent, professional, have a strong vocabulary, have a desire to grow with the Company, and lastly he/she must be able to fit in culturally with the team members. 

Responsibilities include:
  • Work with existing team members to manage active job openings by sourcing and identifying appropriate candidates (via Indeed, ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other platforms), communicating with those candidates, and bringing forth resumes of appropriate candidates for assigned searches 
  • Understanding the process: Source candidates, interview candidates, assess talent level, refer A candidates, schedule interviews, negotiate offers and place talent
  •  
Skills:
  • Organization, efficiency, and resourcefulness are key components of being successful at this job
  • Proficiency in Search Tools and fabulous computer skills
  • Advanced knowledge of the following software programs:  Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Gmail and Internet searches via LinkedIn and Google, and CATS (or other ATS) are a plus
  • Excellent selling, negotiation skills and the ability to relay pertinent information verbally and through writing
  • Demonstrate and develop an understanding of Company’s niche (after a set period of time) relative to client assignment(s)
  • Proven ability to be able to act independently without detailed direction (after training)
  • Keen attention to detail and ability to manage multiple project simultaneously and prioritize responsibilities
