Digital PM/Sr. Digital PM - Do You Have the Chops?

Location: Morristown, NJ
We are looking for a strong Sr. Digital PM in the HCP advertising space who is convinced they have the chops to work at an award-winning agency.
Top Must-Haves for the Sr. Digital PM
  • Great digital marketing skills even if it’s just exposure to HTML or UX design
  • Ability to work on various types of projects (i.e. websites, iPad, emal, CRM, banner, etc.)
  • Microsoft Project experience 
  • Agile versus Waterfall Methodology
  • Solution oriented, people person, and optimistic
  • Highly adaptable, organized, and detail oriented
  • Great personality and the ability to play nice with a good group of people
Day-to-Day Activities for the Sr. Digital PM
  • Partners with all disciplines leads to define and document the overall scope of project.
  • Input schedule, budget, assumptions, and scope considerations for all Statements of Work (SOW) and Change Orders.
  • Responsible for managing the successful execution of assigned campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Account Management team to manage client expectations and communications flow and identify additional opportunities.
  • Ensure that resources understand their assignments, deliverables and deadlines and are working toward them throughout the project life-cycle.
  • Identify and escalate issues that could impede successful delivery.
  • Supervising profitable delivery of campaigns on-time, and on budget, while meeting client expectations.
  • Take project plans and reconfigure them to what the clients are expecting
