Digital Strategist - Who's Ready to Get Digital?

Location: Morristown, NJ
We are looking for a strong Digital Strategist who can build out the digital department of this award-winning agency.
 
Top Must-Haves for the Digital Strategist
  • 3+ years defining and refining digital marketing strategies and social engagement programs in the pharma agency industry
  • Extensive knowledge of the digital discipline
  • Knowledge of marketing and advertising of US and global pharmaceutical brands
  • A minimum of 5 years working in an agency environment or brand marketing setting with client facing experience
  • Clear demonstration of passion in staying on the cutting edge of the application of digital in pharmaceutical marketing
  • Great personality, collaborative, and the ability to play nice with a good group of people
 
Day-to-Day Activities for the Digital Strategist
  • Lead the development of digital and social media strategies and tactics to optimize our pharmaceutical clients’ multichannel marketing initiatives.
  • Apply your expertise to new business pitches, new product launches, and promotion of existing account brands.
  • Lead and manage multiple assignments to develop digital and social media strategies. Hold ultimate accountability for the recommended strategies.
  • Lead teams in crafting digital and social strategies for target audiences, including platforms, audiences, experiences and partnerships.
  • Write remarkable project briefs and build enthusiasm and innovation among creative, content and account team members for your ideas.
  • Manage research activities including utilizing agency resources and employing a variety of research techniques to analyze online data, the competitive landscape, the media environment, cultural trends and client activities to build meaningful insights.
  • The position reports to the Director of Digital Solutions.
